Absolutely disgusted with this co. customer service 0. Applied for a card mainly for travel purposes, filled in application and paid the required £10. Account declined. Trying to get my money back is so stressful, no help at all I keep getting the same response (go to account 🙄). I have now lodged a formal complaint. It's not really about the money anymore, it's the attitude that's got me angry.
Keep away and use a reputable company.
