However, when I spent in Kyrgyzstan, I was surprised to find that Kyrgyzstan, a Central Asian country, has been included in the list of European cashback regions, which seems arbitrary and lacks clarity. Additionally, I tried to get a comprehensive list of countries covered under the Ultra Package, and all I could find on their website was "Ultra plan members enjoy 0.1% cashback on domestic and 1% on international transactions." I've reached out to their support team and waited 1 month, yes 1 month, and regrettably, haven't received a satisfactory response yet.
