The customer service is nonexistent outside of the app/ bank. Do to a technical error we have been locked out of our business account on 6 occasions for 5-7 days and have been unable to pay suppliers and staff on time.
At the moment we are locked out again (5 days so far and still no customer support. We have now opened a new business account with Tide and as soon as we gain access to our Revolut account we will be switching over.
The issues have wasted a huge amount of time and unnecessary admin and uncertainty.
