Appalling customer service. Talking to a Bot first, then a real person. They could not answer a direct question regarding transfers, that I need to know. Then the agent killed the chat box!
Before he did I asked for a Sup? No, an email address? NO! Revelot should be closed in my opinion. I will advise ereyone I know to stop or never use them.
I would give minus 10, if only I could!
