Impossible to deal with. Declined a transer of funds and nothing I provided (i.e. everything that they asked for and more) rsolved the issue. Ttrying to send money between two of my own accounts for which they had all account details at an FCA registered bank. They also had their requested screenshots of bank statements etc.
They know better than me what I can do with my own money so I cannot use this bank. Wasted a whole day messaging back and forth.
