Zero stars
I have emailed Revolut to receive support after their selfie and ID procedure didn't work.
Their live chat never worked and keeps buffering.
I have so far received two generic emails, one automated, another scripted from an agent that haven't bothered to reply to the issues I raised.
Very poor customer service, not even half a star.
Very disappointed and let down by Revolut.
There are better alternatives around.
