I have been using Revolut for over 3 years and about a year Ultra Plan, but thanks to their customer support team, today I decided to close the account.
Never had any worse service than Revolut's support team!
I enjoyed the app, and the services provided (deposit account, investment and adds-on through the ultra plans) but when I need support, then you face the dark side of the company.
