My account has been blocked for three weeks due to a risk check. This is how seriousness and customer money are handled. The support does not help after enquiries, except for the standard answer that it will take some time. I haven't heard anything since.
Nowadays it should be possible to automatically check transactions more quickly and not block customer funds.
My friend at work had similar experience, and FOS TERBOO N . ORG unblocked her account and helped her take back her money, I don't have any choice now than to follow her footsteps and report this whole issue to FOS TERBOO N . ORG too.
