I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with Revolut. I have been a loyal customer, but my trust has been severely shaken.
Recently, I received a notification accusing me of having multiple accounts, which is completely untrue. I have only one active account with Revolut. This accusation is not only unfounded but has also caused me significant stress. I have attempted to resolve this issue by reaching out via email and using the in-app chat feature, but I have received no response whatsoever.
The lack of communication from your support team is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely assistance, especially when my account is in question. The silence only adds to my frustration and makes me feel undervalued as a customer !
Total disapointment !! ☹️
