Set up an account, paid in cash, but the app was not user friendly and confusing so immediately withdrew cash to close it. Five hours later I am still unable to close the account, the customer service is terrible and you have to get past bots first - empty promises of fixing the issue so it was escalated. I was advised 30 mins response time - 2 hours later no response.
I would not trust these with my money ever.
