Genuinely the irritating and annoying bank I’ve dealt with in a while. I spend time transferring money from dubai to uk and then into crypto accounts. Every-time you want to do a transaction they make it super difficult and then ask very intrusive questions to verify you accounts. Not questions you should passing to anyone let alone the bank. Highly advise to steer clear.
