I was charged $153 for a refill for a medication that I no longer needed or wanted. I thought I had canceled the subscription but the process on their website was very confusing. I guess I didn't do it correctly. I spoke with a customer service rep who basically said "too bad". I am very disappointed that I was forced to pay for a medication that I did not want or need.
