“I did receive my order of Ignite Rx (2-in-1 treatment)in a timely basis, and while I do not feel it worked for me the first time, I am willing to try it again. What I really did not like is they sent me a second shipment ($60 worth) that I did not order and do not want. Because they notified me of the shipment on a Saturday, (the product was shipped 2 days earlier), I was unable to cancel the order in time to stop shipment. Since it's a prescription, they cannot take returns. I feel I was mislead & they are unable or unwilling to rectify the situation. Very unhappy! Beware!”

“Just horrible business and customer service. When RexMD message about my prescription I noticed that it was not what I wanted. I contacted them to change my prescription but they quit responding so I called customer service and they told me that they would not change it or cancel it and they already charged me for the medication I did not want. Just horrible customer service and a terrible company to do business with!! It is almost like they do not want your long term business.”
