They sent an order without my consent and continue to charge my CC for the meds, after a cancellation request. Customer Service sucks, very unprofessional and unhelpful. I will be contacting my bank, to report my card as stolen since they refus to cancel or refund my money.

Don't try to change or cancel your order. If you go as far as provide payment details, you'll have to contact your bank or credit card issuer to stop your orders, even if the order isn't completed or filled.

Terrible company. They charged my credit card for $432.00 for what I didn't realize was a recurring prescription that had not been shipped. I tried to get the prescription stopped but they refused to do so even though the pills were still in their warehouse. They made no attempt to get my approval for the order, just charged my card and said sorry, there is nothing they can do. I wish I could give them no stars.

Placed an order and waited 10 days with no emails or tracking. I called in and was told I need to log in to my “portal” to complete the order but was never told this or even notified I had a portal. I will never order again!!!!

They shipped to the wrong address billed my credit card. When I call to complain they said they were sorry and would send out my order to the correct address. After two months of calling and getting promised a new shipment nothing has happened. I had to call my credit card company to dispute there charges. Bad customer service. Suggest you try another company that cares about their customers.

Could not cancel for 3 months, but did not keep old emails so could not prove it! Was at last told I would get refund 1-24-2024. Never happened! Do not do business with these people!

Shady shady. Was prescribed mystery pills yhat DID NOT WORK!! My order was for 60 pills but they sent to me 10 pills at a time. I told them the pills dont work, they cancelled the rest of my pills abd refused to replace with another option and NO REFUNDS!! Go to HIMS..theyre legit!!

Rip off outfit. Placed order 2 weeks ago. Was approved same day. Still sitting in waiting to be filled by pharmacy for 14 days. Called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. They put my order on “hold” status, and yet still refuse to refund or ship.

Placed order, billed immediately. Website promises 2 day delivery. My meds have not shipped 5 days later and still waiting. Customer service said I placed the order on Saturday, not true. Called again today, same BSht. I’m going to cancel my order. Check other sites, better prices and hopefully better service. Hal

For the first year, service was great. When it came trine to renew prescription this past January, things started smoothly, but quickly turned south. My member page indicated that order was being processed, and stayed Thai way for weeks, despite fact that they quickly processed my payment on January 11. Contacted them and they advised that they were having issues with new pharmacy. Couple of more weeks go by and still nothing. Contact them again and now they say my prescription did not renew, so had to speak with someone to complete prescription. Was told all was good and my order will be shipped, but member site still shows nothing, only that order is being processed. Still haven’t shipped my order from January 11. Nothing but runaround with these guys. Started out great, but now very disappointing.

Will not answer the phone and have not done anything regarding the wrong meds . . . Stay far away from this rip off outfit !!!! They will not answer the phone at all !!!!!

Terrible company! Beware!! I cancelled my subscription because it took over 3 weeks to get my order( they said It was because they were in the process of changing pharmacies, after I placed my order). I decided to possibly give them another chance and sent an email asking what I needed to restart my account, only an inquiry. Next day without my consent whatsoever they charged me for another order. And go figure these bastards now won't even respond to my emails about when I will have my money refunded. Very illegal and unethical. Be careful dealing with these snakes.

I made a purchase on 2/2/22 and my subscription was approved the same day with my credit card charged the same day as well. Since then my account shows my order as being processed with no updates or information communicated to me. So I called customer service, waited on hold for 15 min and then was told by the customer service rep that my order was being processed and it takes a few days. Since then, no updates, no change in status, no anything. If I don’t hear something by Monday I will be disputing my charge and wanting a full refund.

I'm relieved to find that I was not the only person who was surprised by the charge of "auto-refill," which first happened to me in January, but I seriously had no memories about this being an "auto-refill" practice when I got my first order confirmation in December. In fact, in the email confirmation nothing was mentioned about "monthly", "auto-refill", "modify or cancellation..." at all. You would think, given all the monthly-base businesses nowadays, such practices will be made clear to all customers. But no, REDMD failed to do so. In January, I bit my mouth thinking I must have missed something, which to be honest I rarely do, in the order process back in December. Still, when I saw the unwanted charge, I got around the system and found out the steps that I could take to modify the prescription, which I did. Last night I noticed another charge for the so-call "auto-refill" so I logged in to change my order details. Only this time, I received a cancellation email notification, which I did not receive when I did it in January. I also immediately called the support (866) 294-3772 and spoke with a friendly person, who said there was nothing she can do to refund the charge. She offered to have her supervisor to speak with me and I appreciated her help and asked for a case/reference number, but she said she can't give me one. Didn't hear back. Five hours later, I did find time to call back for a follow-up. Now I have talked to another nice staff who patiently listened to my situation all over again and has been trying to find a supervisor, only to no vain. She said they currently have limited staff and don't have supervisors on the floor. I said I'd rather hold. 36 mins have passed since the second staff picked up my call. I wish things would have gone better.

Had what started out as a terrible experience. There were website issues, staff issues, accountability issues-- and I couldn't get anyone to call me back and fix the problem. I put a message here and on Trustpilot, and I got quick response from one of the founders, who was mortified by all the errors. Not only did he make good on the original deal, he made sure I wasn't charged for what had been denied me. Basically, he gave me $60 in product for free and did it by personally following through. I'm happy to let them carry on being my supplier for ED product from here on in.

Product worked to s degree but was not aware of automatic refill brought a 3 months supply to try then was billed for another refi totally unaware how much sex do they think a 70 year old man is going to have needless to say canceled Auto refill but still was billed for second order I Guess READ YHE FINE PRINT
