“They never shipped my meds they said I never renewed my prescription. Well after 2 weeks with the shot I called them and asked for a refund. They said against company policy and that I need to renew my prescription. They are a joke and the meds they sent me did nothing. I would love to have them tested to see if they were even what they claim.”

“Rex MD took my money out of my account but I never received the product. When I call the representative told me the Dr had more questions. I told him to cancel the order that I didn't want it any more .He told me I couldn't cancel, that I had to answer the Dr's questions so I could receive the pills. I told him I just wanted my money back , he said again I couldn't get my money. I want to know why I can't get my money back? Order 6335308”

“I was charged $153 for a refill for a medication that I no longer needed or wanted. I thought I had canceled the subscription but the process on their website was very confusing. I guess I didn't do it correctly. I spoke with a customer service rep who basically said "too bad". I am very disappointed that I was forced to pay for a medication that I did not want or need.”

“I started semaglutide November 24 and 5 months later the doctor said I was no longer eligible for the treatment and I had no side effects and had lost 50 pounds,luckily I went to another company and way better customer service and follow up,I would stay away from rexmd”

“Terrible customer service ,late deliveries that you have to call multiple times to have them reorder. The website doesnt inform you of delivery also billing issues. Just stay away from this company.”

“You should definitely try this product. I got an initial order from RexMd but, unfortunately, it did not work for me. Meantime, I didn't see where it was a subscription. Maybe the print should be larger, hence the 4 stars. I received a notice I was getting more and was charged $120. I immediately went online and cancelled the order. It came anyway even though I had a cancellation confirmation. They refunded my $120.”
