“Just horrible business and customer service. When RexMD message about my prescription I noticed that it was not what I wanted. I contacted them to change my prescription but they quit responding so I called customer service and they told me that they would not change it or cancel it and they already charged me for the medication I did not want. Just horrible customer service and a terrible company to do business with!! It is almost like they do not want your long term business.”

“Rex MD makes you sign for a recurrent prescription that they will mail to you without your consent unless you call them; because there is no way to cancel the "subscription" on the portal. Of curse I did not voluntarily subscribe to anything, I just agreed to whatever they imposed to me before signing in for the prescription. Oh! and they make you pay at least twice what you should pay for the same medication with a prescription at a pharmacy.”

“They never shipped my meds they said I never renewed my prescription. Well after 2 weeks with the shot I called them and asked for a refund. They said against company policy and that I need to renew my prescription. They are a joke and the meds they sent me did nothing. I would love to have them tested to see if they were even what they claim.”
