Our intial enquiry was dealt with very promptly. Reynolds Blinds in Kings Norton, Birmingham were very accommodating and were willing to delay our fitting for a few weeks due to house renovations. Unfortunately, we had problems with the manufacturing of our blinds but this problem was solved very, very quickly and within less than a week all the blinds were remade and were fitted by a delightful young man, Mitchell. He was very anxious to make sure that we were totally happy with our blinds before leaving us. We are thrilled with our blinds and can highly recommend Reynolds Blinds! 😀
