Rhythm were awesome when we booked early season offering us a discount which we very much needed. Pick up was seamless and the equipment quality good. What really earned the excellent rating was the fact they helped when we were in trouble. Our 14 year old had to be ski patrolled off the mountain late on day one. Only one of our party had a phone. They helped my husband making sure ski patrol were looking after us (when ski patrol only spoke Japanese). They helped me when I turned up unaware of where my husband was. They put my mind at rest that he had gone for his phone and they picked up my daughter and took her to the hotel. None of this was quick but they were so laid back. Jai - you were awesome mate. Rhythm also looked after our shoes on day 1 after we collected our equipment and took us to the gondola station by bus. And, they switched my daughters skis after we had issues with them on day one with no questions asked. (maybe user error!!!) Lastly they picked our equipment up from our apartment on our last day when we couldn't work out how to get to them with walking shoes!!! I highly recommend Rhythm. They were awesome.
