We were initially unhappy that we seemed to have been overcharged, firstly my 12 year-old daughter’s ski equipment rental was charged as adult and we paid the “top up” and secondly we were charged again when we went to Rhythm base to rent her ski attire. We only realised this on the day before we were ti depart. We went to base store again to seek refund. Me and my wife were delighted that your staff supervisor was helpful and patient and eventually refunded excess charges to us, explaining some bugs with your computer systems with new store. Her professionalism made a bad situation much more acceptable. We appreciate all the help. Well done to your team
