The staff are always friendly and attentive. Rhythm has a large selection of equipment that is either new, or in great condition. The best aspect this trip was that Rhythm has a service desk in our hotel (Hyatt House). When our rental period was up, we were able to drop our rental items off there, saving a trip to their store.
