Smooth process from ordering and paying on line to pick up and drop off in country. Staff always seemed helpful and friendly. We went back to change youngest daughters boots and got great help and quick turnaround even though they were flat out.
They would also be one of maybe 3 places in Hakuba that can make a coffee that is not drip-filtered Amerciano!
Would definitely use again.
