My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Rhythm Japan at Niseko. All the Rhythm staff we interacted with, went out of their way to help us with all our requests. On our first day at Niseko we got lost trying to get back to our accommodation on foot. We stopped someone in a Rhythm van to ask for some guidance and directions. The driver volunteered to drive us back to our hotel - outstanding initiative, and so much appreciated. My ski boots were very hard to put on and take off, even though they were comfortable and fitted well once they were on. I took them back to Rhythm. I was provided a replacement pair of boots which were fantastic and made a huge difference to my enjoyment of our time at Niseko. Thank you Rhythm. I think you should be very proud of the way your staff work hard to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. I wouldn't think of using another company for ski hire after this experience.
