Staff are friendly and helpful. A guy especially impressed me (I didn’t know his name) who acted patiently for changing my ski boot into another shape ( of same size as original pair). He tried to explain to me nicely. Good customer service. Even they serve so many customer from day to day, they wear a smile which is very good indeed !
