Staff were awesome! Super helpful with all the gear but also with recommending places to eat / drink or go to an onsen around Hirafu and surrounds! They also picked us up from about 10minutes away to fit us for our gear and then dropped us back with it all. Even gave me a refund for a piece that I hired and paid for prior but no longer wanted to rent when I arrived!
