I received over two weeks letter that either contained nothing but a return envelope and the second a possible loss of car cover.
The phone number on the letters also is a costly one and is being phased out,still had to redial to get the cheaper call.
The issue was in fact one at there end,and although a sincere apology was given it was still my time and money being wasted.
