RIAS buildings cover was quoted at one third the price of my former insurer,with whom I had been for a few years but who had hiked prices up by over 50% in two years, 26% in the last year alone. RIAS quote was competitive & provided the same cover. A no-brainer as they say. Of course, it remains to be seen what the 2016 renewal price will be in 12 months time and whether the new business gained this year as from a new customer is still as valued price-wise next year.
