Web page good but confusing use of 'car' and 'vehicle' in some questions (as a motorbike owner it made accurate answer difficult). When joining details received (using 'vehicle' term), this had to be clarified with RIAS.
Also, had to submit NCD info twice as it was not made clear that the page of renewal letter showing my address had to be included. This initiated a telephone call from RIAS to me; all online up to that point!
