Less that one month later I was accused of inputting the wrong property type and told my premium would increase by almost £70. This was their input error, not mine. I cancelled the policy and had to pay £30+ cancellation fee and £20 admin fee so will only get less that half my payment refunded. I was unwilling to pay for their admin error and unwilling to stay with a company who are so dishonest. I dread to think what would happen to anyone who has a claim. They are making money under false pretences. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. NB I’m still waiting for my refund and have had to pay out for an alternative policy.
