As I set up my quote/policy on line I encountered no problems. POLICY HE 24863045693
HOWEVER ON OCTOBER 30th I SENT AN EM ADDRESSED TO "Home Customer Services"
a simple message "As my wife is not computer "literate" it would be of enormous help
if you could MAIL me our Policy Documents please."
I have not receive from you any response to this message, nor have I received any
requested documentation.
