Deciding and paying for this policy was no problem at all. However, having sent written proof of NCD from previous insurers, I receive an email telling me this was unacceptable, despite the fact that it clearly stated, on headed notepaper ,in black and white, how many years we had achieved.
Most confusing, and irritating to have to post a second letter and contact previous insurer to give permission to speak for confirmation. Not everyone is dishonest you know !
