Purchasing anything on the telephone makes me a little nervous especially when things do not happen as promised. At the conclusion of my transaction I was told that I would be transferred to an automated message which contained more information. Although the line was ringing for some time I did not hear any message. I eventually had to hang up. I called RIAS directly and my call was redirected. I did finally hear the information.
