I bought my home insurance via the comparethemarket website. Once linked into the RIAS site I found the process of applying very straightforward. I made a mistake on my original application, but was able to contact RIAS quickly by phone and the issue was resolved without a problem.
I am very pleased with my dealings with RIAS to date.
