Rias came out top in my view because of their reputation and service (there were slightly cheaper offers but the benefits didn't appear so good). During the follow up telephone conversation I was asked if I would like a policy document to be sent which I am still waiting for - I can only hope that this has been delayed because of the Xmas post/
