Reviewing my policy on receipt of the paper copy I thought I might include contents accidental damage option so I emailed for a quote and was advised to telephone. After being shunted from one person to another i eventually got the quote which frankly amazed me, the cost of the option being over £500. I was told this was down to your underwriter. This makes me wary of renewing with you next November.
