A fairly easy to understand website that was not too arduous or complicated to negotiate.
The online policy documents were easy to download and, if required, to print-off.
The savings compared to my previous motor insurance provider, who I had been with for many, many years, were substantial, which was the primary reason for checking what was available on a comparison website. Altogether (so far) very satisfied.
