It was with regret I found that I could make a substantial saving on your renewal invitation by purchasing a new policy through " compare the market".
I contacted your call centre to discuss this and was disappointed with the negative response . The attitude was along the lines of " if I found it worth the
trouble to save what amounted to aprox'10% that was up to up to me" guess what I did ?
I have no qualms about insuring with RIAS but I trust your customer service,
should I need it is better than my recent experience .
