Very pleasant, helpful young lady handled my call. An easy and straightforward transaction. My previous insurers were totally unhelpful when I called regarding my renewal. I'm more than old enough to remember what the words "Customer Service" are supposed to mean. I've embraced modern technology as far as I am able but readily confess that my 10 year old granddaughter is light years ahead of me.
I have never tolerated shoddy service and when encountered I have always voted with my feet. I bought the Policy and I think there is little else to say.
