Cut off on 1st phone call and the man had not recorded any details to that point. The 2nd call was sucessful. The man said when I picked up my new car the showroom could just phone and get insurance details sent by fax or email to them so they would release the car. When the showroom rang up they were told there was no facility to send the details to the showroom.! After trying through the showroom to get temp insurance so I could drive the car away for over an hour I suggested ringing you again and got a most helpful lady who said no problem to send the info by fax and it was through in 10 minutes. I had to cancel a medical appt in Glasgow . Even though I had allowed 2 hrs for picking up the car before I would need to leave for this appt. your staff should all give the same information and some should try to be more helpful.
