Main complaint is time it takes to get through on the phone. Last time I rang it took over 20mins to speak to a person and then he said that he was a trainee and could not answer my question and I was put on hold yet again! When I did get through I could hardly tell what she was saying.Her comment was that my phone was faulty and hers was fine.I pointed out that I could hear the "robot" who was telling me how sorry she was and the dreadful "music " perfectly well. Dread to think what the phone bill will be. Why not just have the engaged signal when you are busy?
