I have spoken on the phone to three people involving my car insurance and I have to say that each person has been very helpful the first person I spoke to helped me when the systems were down then the second person took my details on line and sent my documents to my email address . On the third occasion today I was helped by a lady to get into my account on line (I was putting the wrong number in) I thought at the beginning I was going to get a quote online but fate intervened and after talking to your customer service staff I looked no further.
