My recent problem with my boiler/central heating - an engineer arrived the same (Sunday) but the problem was not fixed until the Friday. This a long time to be without hot water and heat in the winter. Fortunately, my boiler system worked intermittently so I didn't freeze.bb
The engineer was pleasant and worked efficiently.
