I would have rated very good but my renewal proposal was a lot more than the previous year. On speaking with a customer adviser I was told that there had been a mistake in not recording what I had actually paid for previous year's insurance. I was pleased that it was resolved with only a minimal increase. Now for the car insurance renewal which also appears to have increased somewhat!
