The reason for the VERY POOR is for no other reason than the time it takes for your
customer service to answer. E.G.
1st day - 20 Mins and gave up
2nd day - answered after 13 mins 50 seconds
Which personally is DISGUSTING way to treat customers
I do not think fo one minute you will do ANYTHING about this
