I found RIAS staff to be very efficient, helpful & patient to my questions. It is also good to talk to somebody within our own country borders who know the logistics of our buildings, structures, roads & laws. I am not racist, just get fed up of misunderstandings & long delays on the line. RIAS answered very quickly & it was a pleasure to get a 'human' quickly & not an automated computer voice while the cost of any call was increasing by the minute!
