As a loyal multi-insurer wuith RIAS, (2 cars and our house) we do find it galling that your raise the premiums significantly every year (despite no claims) and that the people we discuss this with on the phone are never aware that we use RIAS for property as well as cars, or that we are no claimers, old customers etc. or that, as loyal customers, we should perhaps be treated with a little politeness and consideration rather than with bored patronising .....
