The rating normal is given as from 1984 we cannot remember having had a claim, however this has not stopped the costs rising every year and t his year have increased by £44.00. I am now 93 years old and housebound so the house is never empty. It is also stated that this house was built in 1946, which is not the information I gave having been informed that the properties in this avenue were built in the 1960's
The property is built on a hill and and never liable to flooding.
