I have had to say "poor" because that was my experience when I rang your office to find out what my premium would be for the next twelve months.
I had no claims but my payments had increased by £120.00 and quotes from other
companies were well below this figure so I attempted to ask your lady why such a
large increase but was abruptly told that "Premiums were not negociable" and the phone
went down.I left it a few days and rang your office once again as I have always been
satisfied with Rias and was put through to a lad called Joshua who was very helpfull
and we agreed a payment figure and I am a customer of Rias for the next year.he was a good lad,much better than your quite ignorant female assistant. Sorry!!!
