I felt that the customer service advisors were not really very friendly and we're certainly not top of their game on customer service. To be honest I felt like a bit of a nuisance. I only stayed with Rias as when I took off the hire car, it took my insurance quote down, and it saved me the hassle of changing company. They just kept quoting the benefits that I had with Rias, which I would automatically have with another company. At one point the difference in the quotes was £5 and your advisor seemed to have no power to even bring the quote down by such a small amount. He seemed happy to lose a customer for such a small amount.
