Each year I get a completely unacceptable quote from RIAS. I phone to query it, and a staff member reduces it to something nearer the previous year's quote. This is all done, I must add, with politeness and efficiency.
But I am left with the suspicion that RIAS are 'trying it on', and hoping that through apathy I will accede to the initial premium.
So my concern is with the 'system', not the staff.
