overall average customer service(have had better previously) - it would appear that this would depend on the person at the end of the phone - I am unhappy about having to pay £3.95 for a paper copy of my insurance policy details - and recently when I needed to add and additional ailment I was advised that I'd have to pay another £3.95 for the addition. So I decided not to have a paper copy and 4 days later I've yet to receive the email version.
