Always had polite customer service, even if I am feeling cross and fed up with having to wait so long to speak to someone to cancel or renew my policy, (this is one downfall).
Cannot comment on how they would deal with any claims, but would like to think it would be quick and straight forward and that the claims line would not take so long to connect to an advisor!
