The lady I spoke with was very helpful and we completed the renewal very quickly.
Only problem is that I am in Cyprus and to ring on anything but 0044 is expensive.
Maybe you could provide an overseas telephone number - like the banks and other financial companies do that I use.
Apart from that all was good.
