I was blown away by the customer service. Long story, but I had an expedited request that they indicated would be a long shot, and I knew it was when I asked. RG never promised me anything, but said they’d “do their best.” Well, their best beat my deadline by not one, but TWO days. They made *my* priority THEIR priority. Honestly, I didn’t even know businesses really did that anymore. The management at Ribbons Galore is outstanding. Wishing you years and years of continued success.
